REFERRALS

If you are an attorney and are interested in referring or having us associate in on a case or matter, we would be happy to investigate and evaluate the case.

Because of our stellar reputation within the legal community, a large portion of our cases are referred to us by other attorneys who do not handle real estate or business cases and matters.  We also receive referrals from other attorneys that do not have the time, expertise or capital resources to properly pursue particular cases.

We take every referral seriously and make sure that every client is well-represented.  We have always taken necessary measures to meet the needs and facilitate the efforts of referring attorneys and their clients.

The California Rules of Professional Conduct permit us to pay referral fees with the informed consent of the client.  Those fees, which are in many cases very generous, are determined on a case by case basis.
